For the first time that I can recently call, the arrangement I ordered showed up looking exactly like the photo online - even a little better and bigger! I would not hesitate ordering from Laurelhurst Florist again.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day well ahead of time but on the Saturday before it was 6:00 pm and still no delivery. So I called and left a message knowing surely they were done for the day. I received a call back within ten minutes to let me know they were still delivering which was a huge relief. They were delivered at about 7:00 pm and they were beautiful!! My wife had a lovely Mother’s Day!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Superb service. I arranged last minute for a mother's day bouquet with Laurelhurst Florist after my usual florist sold out early for the holiday. On the day of scheduled delivery the flowers were marked as delivered and I assumed that was the end of it.

On Sunday afternoon my dad called me to let me know they hadn't seen any deliveries. I called and emailed Laurelhurst Florist to let them know my situation and dreaded the outcome since it seemed they wouldn't be opening until the following Monday.

The owner called me back less than five minutes later and assured me that they would make this right. They delivered a lovely bouquet to my mother not long afterwards and saved the day. I was so impressed by this response and feel so grateful for the quick, compassionate reply that I received. Thank you so much!
